FHA is the only way to do 100% financing at this time.

For people looking to avoid foreclosure we are often using what is called hard money or private money. The reason is that these loans are much easier to qualify for since they focus on the value of the property with only a small emphasis, if any, on a borrowers credit score.

Veterans can get 100% financing with loans up to $700,000.
Flex Payment Option Loans
A loan that allows for low monthly payments for the first few years of the mortgage.
